Abstract submission closes on 19 June 2024.
Notification of outcome: 24 June 2024

As in previous years, this will be a good opportunity particularly for students and ECRs to give oral presentation, which is rare at big conferences nowadays. Supervisors: please encourage your students/postdocs to submit an abstract. It would also be great to hear from group leaders too from various member institutes to exchange our knowledge. There will also be an online talk option too.

No registration fee is required as we are funded by the Institute of Advanced Studies at the University of Surrey, the Institute of Physics, and the Royal Astronomical Society.

Call for proposal of the next year’s annual meeting 2025: if anyone is interested in organizing it, please contact me before 9th July. We’ll decide at the end of this year’s meeting. Although this year one is in July, we had in December in past, so any month from July to December 2025 would be fine.
